End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

AS8i CFO Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our proprietary software tools and platforms solely for the purpose of receiving our CFO services.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the licensed software to:

• Access financial reports and dashboards

• Collaborate on financial analysis projects

• Communicate through secure platforms

• Download reports for internal business use

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

• Share access credentials with unauthorized users

• Use the software for competitive analysis

• Attempt to access restricted system areas

4. Intellectual Property

All software, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of AS8i CFO Services. No ownership rights are transferred through this license.

5. Data and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and promptly reporting any suspected security breaches.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon termination of CFO services or upon breach of these terms.

7. Support and Updates

Software support and updates are provided as part of ongoing CFO services. No separate technical support is guaranteed.

Effective Date: August 29, 2025

1. Grant of License

AS8i grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CFO.as8i software and services subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Distribute, sell, or lease the software to third parties
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Ownership

AS8i retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Updates and Support

AS8i may provide updates and support services at its discretion. Updates may modify or remove features.

5. Data Collection

The software may collect usage data and analytics to improve service quality. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AS8i disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

AS8i's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
